World Famous Pizza Our dough is Angelo’s famous recipe featuring a secret selection of herbs and tangy spices. We lovingly hand roll our dough daily, and let it rise a minimum of 12 hours before it gets hand-tossed (watch our pizza tossers through the kitchen window!) and baked at about 475 degrees for 8 minutes - this causes the dough to bake into a delicious and fluffy crust, and you can order thin, thick or regular! We hand slice crisp and fresh vegetables born and raised in the California sun and delivered daily, and use only the highest quality and most flavorful authentic Italian meats. It costs us a little more to use these ingredients, but it makes our Pizza that much more special, and we think you are worth it! Don’t just ask for pizza, demand Lamppost!
